TRANSCENDANCE™ takes the mindfulness of yoga off the mat and infuses it with free-form joyful conscious dance. This mind-body-spirit movement modality is appropriate for all ages, and movement abilities.
TRANSCENDANCE™ can help you to shake off stress, release tension, rejuvenate your body, center your mind and connect with your spirit.
There are ten stages TRANSCENDANCE™ that walk you through; guided breathing, relaxation and stretching, fun, free-form conscious dance, energy healing, embodiment coaching and life empowerment, and more.
Based in authentic movement as a transformational and healing art, TRANSCENDANCE™ was created by Jennifer Joy Jiménez.

Hello there! My name is Marianne Ewasyn!
I'm grateful to be living my passion and purpose as a Transformational Life Coach and Healer who helps others design and build vibrant and fulfilling dream lives. I know what's it's like to feel weighed down with stress, worry and a feeling that life is an endless struggle.
Having been in a long term relationship with a negative and mentally abusive spouse, I was able to use what I had learned to shift my perspective and start a new life that was joyful and full of possibilities. And in that new mindset, I attracted a loving and caring partner.
As a life-long student of personal development and heart centered mindset, I have immersed myself in premium coaching, healing and mentoring with Marci Shimoff, Christian Mickelsen and Mary Morrissey's Brave Thinking Institute.
